When Do We Ship Your Order?

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of placing the order. However, please note that certain exceptions may apply.

In the event that a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will provide you with notifications at various stages of the ordering process, including on the product page, your cart page, and in your confirmation email.

For orders that include products on backorder, the shipping time may extend beyond our standard timeframe. What Happens If I Entered The Wrong Item/Shipping Address

Prior to finalizing your order by clicking "Complete Order," you have the flexibility to edit, update, or remove any items from your cart to suit your preferences. Once this step is completed, however, we regret that you will no longer be able to make any changes or amendments to your order. At this point, our Fulfillment team will have already initiated the processing and preparation of your order for delivery.

Please be aware that, after processing, we are unable to make alterations to the products, flavors, or shipping addresses of your order.

In the event that you've entered an incorrect shipping address, and your order has already been shipped, it becomes your responsibility to contact the recipient at the address initially provided, as they will be the ones receiving your order.

If, on the other hand, you've entered an address that does not exist, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center. Once we receive it, our Fulfillment Team can assist in redirecting your order to the correct address (provided you've communicated the correct address to our Customer Service team). Alternatively, we can offer a full refund for the product costs only.

For any inaccuracies in the details related to the products or flavors within your order, should the order have already left our facility, cancellation or amendments are not feasible, as the items are already in transit to you. In such cases, if you still require modifications, it will be your responsibility to contact our Customer Support team and bear the cost of return postage, allowing us to guide you through our Returns/Exchanges policy.

Please be advised that True Prime Nutrition cannot assume liability for any losses resulting from inaccurate order details provided by the customer. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline issuing a refund for product costs on orders that were never received due to incorrect details provided. Your understanding of these terms is greatly appreciated.

According To My Tracking Link, My Order Was Delivered But I Didn't Received Anything

Before reaching out to our customer service, we recommend conducting a thorough search of your property, as it's possible that the USPS has left your package in a secure location, away from public view. Additionally, consider checking with family members and neighbors to see if they've come across your package.

For those residing in apartment complexes, your package might have been delivered to one of the following places: a "Parcel Locker" (for which you should have received a key from the USPS), or to your Leasing Office or Manager's Office.

If, after checking these possibilities, you still cannot locate your package, we recommend getting in touch with your local Post Office. Be sure to provide them with your tracking number and explain that, according to tracking information, your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it.
